A lo largo de 2021, CEPYME Aragón ha recibido un total de 19.002 llamadas y se han realizado 22.860 llamadas.
Asimismo, las asociaciones son el ADN de CEPYME Aragón, por ello, con el objetivo de conocer sus demandas y preocupaciones, se mantienen reuniones periódicas. En 2021, se ha mantenido un total de 521 impactos.

CEPYME Aragón sigue apostando fuerte por las redes sociales como medio para acercar a la sociedad cuestiones que afectan a pymesy autónomos.
Así, en 2021 se ha continuado con la labor de comunicar contenidos de interés a través de los perfiles de Facebook , Twitter, Linkedin e Instagram.
Cada red social, con sus propias características, se ha convertido en un medio muy útil para comunicarse con pymes y autónomos durante la crisis sanitaria.
De esta manera, en el conjunto de las cuatro redes, se ha conseguido un alcance de 436374 y 10660 seguidores en total.
